Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in M&E design coordination for building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ACC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E design works with architectural, structural and other disciplines.
• Review M&E drawings, specs, and BIM models for coordination and constructability.
• Conduct design coordination meetings and track resolution of issues.
• Perform BIM clash detection and model updates using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical proposals from subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and authority requirements.
