Job summary

The ideal candidate has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 3 years of coordination experience, particularly with A1 main contractors, and familiarity with BIM and VDC concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in coordination of M&E works.
• Experience with large scale building projects and an A1 main contractor.
• Familiarity with VDC concepts and ability to manage project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute M&E works at site.
• Liaise with design consultants and supervise the completion of M&E works.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and manage meetings.
