Job summary

GLOBAL FMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Coordination Engineer to lead M&E integration for HDB projects.

You will coordinate with design and construction teams, attend E&M coordination meetings and produce minutes, and ensure 3D models with CAD and Revit/Navisworks are accurately reflected. The role requires a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 5 years of M&E coordination experience, and knowledge of local standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in M&E coordination on HDB projects.
• Ability to read and understand CAD and Revit/Navisworks in 3D models.
• Knowledge of local standards and requirements.
• Understanding of Design & Build contracts.
• Independence, self-motivation and proactive attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design/construction teams for M&E installation and system requirements.
• Attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and document minutes.
• Coordinate with Civil/BIM teams and SWC for drawings/submissions.
• Review project specifications, clarifications and drawings.
• Manage in-house M&E sub-contractors to ensure shop drawings align with sequence.
• Supervise and lead installation team on E&M services in construction environment.
