Job summary

Artemis Executive Solutions in Singapore is seeking a seasoned BIM Coordinator to lead project models and construction documents using BIM software. You will establish workflows across all project phases and manage BIM set-up, administration and data transfer on site.

You will perform clash coordination, update Revit models for coordination drawings, and produce 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built drawings, while liaising with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate data flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Nitec in Civil & Structural Engineering or BIM certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' working experience as a BIM Coordinator.
• Minimum 5 years' working experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Able to read and understand drawings.
• Revit Certificated specialist.
• Navisworks software knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or MicroStation (2D/3D).
• Knowledge of BIM requirements in Singapore standard.
• Experience in adoption of BIM processes in large construction projects from tender to completion will be an advantage.

About the role
