Job summary

United Singapore Builders Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to support LTA projects. You will lead BIM implementation, prepare execution plans, and coordinate with designers, engineers and contractors to resolve discrepancies.

You will manage documentation submissions, monitor progress and deliver drawings on time, while maintaining department policies and alignment with client requirements. A degree/diploma in engineering with BIM specialization is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or Specialist Diploma in BIM.
• Diploma in Construction Engineering (BCA Academy).
• Able to work under stress and responsible attitude.
• Minimum 5 years and above in civil project.
• Experience in LTA project will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervision of project matters and coordinate with sub contractors on discrepancies between construction drawings and design matters.
• Coordinate submission of documents to relevant authorities and monitor progress; prepare daily, weekly & monthly reports.
• Liaise/co-ordinate with drawing disciplines/departments in preparing reports by team members.
• Coordinate with engineers/supervisor on site discrepancies and redraw accordingly.
• Liaise with client, consultants and contractors to obtain clearance and approvals.
• Produce BIM execution plan for submission.
• Lead BIM implementation, create upgrade and deployment strategies.
• Lead the team to timely delivery of drawings for BIM submission.
• Provide other BIM duties for coordination.
• Maintain and manage all policies and guidelines for the department.
• Coordinate with other system-wide contractors for services panel and structural/architectural issues.
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve design and discrepancy issues.
• Attend the LTA meeting for coordination.
