Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking a BIM professional to create BIM content and production documents for BIM-assisted projects in Tampines. You will produce BIM deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication, and collaborate with Architectural, MEP, and other teams for model integration.

The role requires proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS Office, with a minimum of 3 years' BIM experience.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Engineering or BIM.
• Proven track record with at least 3 years full experiences with BIM.
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD & MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM content and production documents for BIM-assisted projects.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication.
• Liaise with Architectural, MEP, and other project teams for model integration.
• Interpret engineering drawings and update RFIs to reflect design intent.
• Create 2D families and ensure BIM models are delivered with quality and timeliness.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility is to create BIM content and production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• Proficient with C&S/ Archi / M&E 3D Models.
• Liaise with Architectural, MEP, and other project teams for model integration.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.
• Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the models.
• Interpret engineering drawings and updates of Consultant’s RFI to reflect the design intent.
• Liaise with the team for production of shop drawings.
• Creation of 2D families.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness).
• Any other duties that assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Engineering or BIM.
• Proven track record with at least 3 years full experiences with BIM, preferably from main contractor/ consultants or outsource service provider.
• Must be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, Auto Cad & MS Office.
• Highly adaptable, flexible personality who embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
• Working Location: Tampines.
