Leading Japanese trading company is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive (M&A, New Business Development & Synergy Creation) to expand opportunities across Southeast Asia. You will explore new investments and help grow ICT and financial sector businesses.

The role involves negotiation, deal execution support, reporting, and liaison with Tokyo headquarters. Candidates should have JLPT N1 and ICT/M&A experience, with strong MS Office skills and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 level Japanese proficiency required for communication with the Japanese headquarters and stakeholders.
• Experience and/or knowledge of ICT industry and/or M&A activities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential investment target companies.
• Negotiate with targets and coordinate investment terms.
• Coordinate internal approvals and stakeholders for investment execution.
• Manage and support M&A transaction closing activities.
• Liaise with Tokyo headquarters as required.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports.
• Participate in meetings and prepare internal documentation.
