Job summary

LVI Associates, a rapidly growing digital infrastructure and connectivity platform in Southeast Asia, is seeking an experienced M&A professional to evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisition opportunities that support expansion.

The role requires leading end-to-end M&A processes, building robust financial models (DCF, LBO, valuation), and coordinating due diligence with internal teams and external advisors. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting.
  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; CFA, CPA, or similar qualifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing M&A transactions, investments, or strategic corporate initiatives.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial due diligence capabilities.
  • Exposure to digital infrastructure, telecommunications, technology, fibre, data centre, connectivity, or adjacent sectors would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess potential acquisition, merger, and strategic investment opportunities across the digital infrastructure, telecommunications, and technology sectors.
  • Evaluate target companies based on strategic fit, market positioning, growth prospects, and synergies.
  • Develop detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, and valuation analyses, to support investment decisions.
  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution, including deal structuring, commercial negotiations, and transaction management.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with legal, finance, tax, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support post-transaction integration activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and value creation.
  • Track the performance of acquired businesses and recommend operational or strategic improvements where necessary.
  • Prepare investment materials and present findings to senior management and key decision-makers.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, and other transaction counterparties.
  • Ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory requirements, governance standards, and internal policies.

As part of its growth ambitions, the organisation is looking to strengthen its corporate development function by hiring an experienced M&A professional to evaluate strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisition opportunities that support future expansion.
