Formación

• JLPT N1 level Japanese proficiency required for communication with the Japanese headquarters and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and source potential investment target companies.
• Negotiate with targets and coordinate investment terms.

Overview

A leading Japanese trading company is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive (M&A, New Business Development & Synergy Creation).

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing businesses, primarily within the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and financial sectors across Southeast Asia.

Business Development Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential investment target companies

• Negotiate with potential investment targets and coordinate investment terms

• Facilitate internal approval processes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for investment execution

• Manage and support M&A transaction closing activities

• Liaise and negotiate with the Tokyo headquarters as required

• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports

• Participate in internal and external meetings

• Prepare internal applications, reports, and supporting documentation

Requirements

• JLPT N1 level Japanese proficiency required for communication with the Japanese headquarters and Japanese stakeholders

• Experience and/or practical knowledge of the ICT industry and/or M&A activities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to travel for business purposes when required

• Comfortable attending business dinners and client entertainment events

• Self-motivated and able to work proactively with minimal supervision

• Salary: From SGD 7,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
