Job summary

A leading Japanese trading company is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive (M&A, New Business Development & Synergy Creation) to identify and source investment targets and expand ICT and financial businesses across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities include negotiating terms, coordinating approvals, supporting closing activities, and preparing reports, with travel and client dinners as needed; JLPT N1 is required to communicate with Tokyo HQ and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• JLPT N1 level Japanese proficiency required for communication with Japanese HQ and stakeholders.
• Experience or practical knowledge of ICT industry and/or M&A activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Willingness to attend client dinners and entertainment events.
• Self-motivated and able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
