StyleLab Pte Ltd is seeking a store supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team and uphold our luxury brand image in Singapore. You will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service across daily store operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in retail with at least 4 years in supervision, fluent English and Mandarin, and proven staff leadership. A strong team player with a proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' experience in retail with at least 4 years in shop supervision.
• Luxury retail experience is preferred.
• Strong staff management capabilities.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, team player and enthusiastic.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth store daily operation and maintain positive brand image.
• Drive sales by setting and achieving store targets.
• Analyze data and strategies to enhance the business.
• Hire, train and coach store staff to build a high-performing team.
• Identify and manage performance issues.
• Manage in-store inventory and coordinate with logistics for stock replenishment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints.
• Submit daily sales reports and weekly performance summaries.
