Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of progressive leadership experience within Front Office operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related discipline.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, revenue optimization, and financial analysis expertise.
• Intuitive, guest-centric approach delivering personalized service.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure operational efficiency and service consistency.
• Drive luxury guest experiences by maintaining Marriott brand standards and managing guest feedback.
• Develop and execute departmental business plans, strategies, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Revenue, Sales & Marketing, HR, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Provide strategic direction to Rooms Division and report performance to General Manager.
