Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Retail Learning Manager in Singapore to lead a team of Field Coaches and guide the market’s learning strategy in collaboration with regional and local leadership. You will drive coaching on client experience, relationships, and selling skills across key stores.

Candidate must bring 8–10 years in luxury retail with strong leadership, KPI focus, and the ability to mentor a team while partnering with headquarters and market teams. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in luxury retail with sales and people leadership
• Passion for luxury environments; jewelry/watch knowledge is a plus
• Proven track record in sales, client relationships and loyalty
• Inspiring leader able to empower and develop teams
• Able to partner with HQ and market teams for feedback
• Able to assess retail KPIs and coachable behaviors
• Organized, adept at driving change and measuring impact
• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Retail Learning Coaches for Singapore and Malaysia
• Coach teams on client experience, client relationships, selling skills and brand storytelling
• Develop and execute market-wide learning strategies with leadership
• Monitor progress with 30-60-90 coaching plans and ROI tracking
• Ensure adoption of Tiffany & Co. client experience and selling standards
