• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury retail experience, with supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Experience with clienteling and CRM is preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
