Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking a Retail Executive / Senior Retail Assistant / Retail Assistant (Luxury) to oversee premium store operations and elevate the customer experience. The role requires managing daily activities, ensuring impeccable store presentation and leading a small team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will drive sales, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with marketing for campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure premium standards.

• Drive sales and monitor performance against targets.
• Deliver high-level customer service to premium clientele.
• Lead and develop outlet team, scheduling and coverage.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and launches.
