Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience.
Reliable with strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving ability.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
Motivate and lead the sales team to meet and exceed store sales targets.
Understand and analyze key KPIs to drive the business and achieve targets.
Support staff development through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Maximize opportunities to recruit and build long-term client relationships with clients.
Promote and introduce the brand with professional knowledge.
Maintain high standard of store presentation and stock management.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
