Club21 in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager to lead a multi-brand luxury store, delivering exceptional client experiences and strong sales performance. You will drive daily operations, high standards, and a high-performing team focused on brand storytelling and service excellence.

The role demands hands-on leadership on the sales floor, coaching, and close collaboration with internal teams to maximise stock availability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, Brand Management or related.
• 7+ years in fashion, premium or luxury retail with store leadership.
• Proven track record delivering strong sales and service performance.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail service, clienteling, VIP relationships.
• Hands-on and commercially driven with leading by example.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a retail team.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising and luxury presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on client engagement, selling and service on the sales floor.
• Deliver warm, elevated luxury client experience aligned with Club21 standards.
• Lead daily store routines: opening/closing, floor readiness, briefings.
• Ensure the store is immaculate, well-presented and ready for trading.
• Maintain stock discipline, inventory accuracy, cash handling and procedures.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising for brand storytelling and presentation.
• Uphold Club21 service, grooming, selling and brand standards.
• Own sales performance and achieve monthly/annual targets.
• Drive conversion, AOV, and productivity with the team.
• Coach in selling, styling, clienteling and service recovery.
