Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Operations General Manager in Singapore to lead a luxury dining operation. You will oversee reservations, VIP arrangements, and guest experience for high-value clientele, ensuring five-star service standards and seamless front-of-house coordination.

Responsibilities include driving corporate dining, managing budgets and staff, and developing partnerships to grow business while upholding premium dining excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality, restaurant operations, or luxury F&B management.
• 2–3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in a five-star hotel, luxury group or fine-dining restaurant preferred.
• Strong luxury service standards, guest relations, VIP management and service recovery.
• Experience managing business lunches, corporate dining, private events or high-value clients is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of wine, food-and-wine pairing and premium beverage service.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, labour management and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star hospitality and premium fine-dining service; oversee guest journey and VIP arrangements.
• Drive business lunch, dinner reservations, corporate bookings and repeat business.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, service standards, cleanliness and SOPs.
• Recruit, train, lead and develop front-of-house staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, allergens, and beverage service.
• Monitor sales, occupancy, labour costs and profitability; prepare budgets and reports.
• Support brand development, partnerships and client feedback; report to Group Management.
