The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Operations General Manager to lead a luxury dining team in Singapore. The role requires a track record in five-star hospitality, managing high-value corporate dining, private events, and VIP guests.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, implement service standards, manage budgets and staffing, and partner with the kitchen to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality, restaurant operations or luxury F&B management.
• 2–3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience in five-star hotels or luxury dining is preferred.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star hospitality and premium fine-dining service across guest journeys.
• Oversee reservations, VIP arrangements, guest feedback and service recovery.
• Drive corporate dining and private events with premium offerings.
• Ensure SOPs, service standards, cleanliness and operational controls.
• Lead front-of-house teams, staff scheduling and training.
• Monitor financials including budgets, costs and revenue targets.
