Qualifications

• Extensive restaurant management experience in fine dining (Michelin-level) preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent guest service mindset and problem solving.
• Ability to manage staff, scheduling, and costs.
• Knowledge of food/bev operations and inventory control.

• Lead and oversee all restaurant operations, maintaining Michelin-level standards.
• Deliver exceptional service experiences to guests and exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager on growth strategies and improvements.
• Motivate teams and provide guidance to deliver outstanding performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and staff empowerment.
• Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates and address issues.
• Analyze financial performance and develop action plans with Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial tasks.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
