Job summary

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a PR Assistant to support the SEA PR Manager in elevating the Maison’s esteem across Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. You will collaborate with Retail, Boutiques, and APA Regional teams to deliver press activations and manage daily press office tasks.

The role requires strong communications, retail industry insight, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications skills and retail industry experience.
• Ability to align PR activations with business goals.
• Strong collaboration with cross-department stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop concise and effective PR blasts to SEA press.
• PR coverage monitoring and bi-weekly sharing of best clippings.
• Deep dive in monthly press editorial analysis.
• Coordinate with MY/VN PR agencies on daily press office work.
• Provide administrative support including photoshoot arrangements and SAP invoicing.
