Job summary

Accor is partnering with a leading airline to manage the Lounge operations at Changi Airport. We are seeking a proactive Assistant Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensure service excellence and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will lead F&B lounge operations, manage rostering, train staff, monitor stock and hygiene standards, handle guest feedback, and drive improvements through project initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or lounge operations.
• Experience in supervisory/managerial roles.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily F&B lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service standards.
• Manage team rostering and manpower allocation to support operational requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure all stock orders for food, beverage and amenities are maintained at optimal levels.
• Monitor hygiene, food safety and presentation standards in line with requirements.
• Maintain strong menu and beverage knowledge to deliver a consistent guest experience.
• Oversee lounge readiness and mise-en-place throughout operating hours.
• Handle guest feedback and escalated service matters promptly and professionally.
• Drive service excellence by leading by example and fostering a guest-centric culture.
• Support operational improvements, new project implementations, vendor management, and audits.
• Monitor team performance, productivity and standards to achieve business objectives.
