Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hotels.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Opera Cloud or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis.
• Familiarity with market intelligence and competitor benchmarking tools.
• Experience with digital sales platforms and online booking engines.
• Data analysis and reporting for revenue tracking, KPI and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a designated luxury leisure portfolio, driving revenue and expanding the client base.
• Develop and execute action plans aligned with hotel strategies, analysing market trends to maximize business volume and room rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel trade partners, luxury agencies, tour operators and clients, following up on leads promptly.
• Understand luxury guest expectations, service standards and hotel offerings (Spa, F&B, Leisure packages), delivering exceptional after-sales service.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain multiple levels of client contacts to strengthen long-term relationships.
• Represent the hotel at international tradeshows and industry events, and track performance through regular sales reports and account management practices.
