The Lo & Behold Group's Blue Box Café Singapore is seeking a hands-on kitchen leader to oversee daily service, maintain high standards, and mentor junior staff. You will manage mise-en-place, cooking, plating to recipes, and control stock to minimise waste while hitting food-cost targets.
