Job summary

RAFFLES HOSPITAL PTE LTD is seeking a role focused on managing referrals and coordinating services for international and VIP patients. The position provides customised concierge services and liaises with families to ensure a comfortable visit or stay, along with excellent liaison across the care continuum.

The role requires arranging patient experiences, maintaining patient databases, updating service menus, and handling inquiries and staff training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent organisation and execution skills.
• Passion for healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing referral and facilitating services to increase flow of international patients.
• Attend to international and other patients to facilitate arrangements and ensure a comfortable experience at Raffles Hospital.
• Provide concierge services that are seamless, helpful and add value to patients and clients.
• Maintain a database on international patients to facilitate personalised service and profiling.
• Update concierge menu which consists of a suite of services available for patients.
• Manage and handle medical evacuation referrals; Submit reports as needed.
• Handle general enquiries and respond to customer feedback.
• Assist with induction and training of staff.
