Job summary

Raffles Medical Group invites applications for a frontline receptionist role at our Singapore clinics. You will handle patient enquiries, registrations and appointment coordination across multiple specialties, ensuring smooth daily operations.

The position requires strong customer service, organization, and teamwork, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays as rostered.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of clinic experience preferred.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and frontline communication skills.
• Team player who works well with others.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and patient registration systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
• Update patient registration details and process medical records in accordance with SOPs.
• Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across clinics.
• Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required.
• Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors' review and follow up accordingly.
• Perform daily billing and ensure accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
• Support smooth clinic operations and provide excellent front-line patient service.
