Job summary

FINX PTE. LTD. on Orchard Road is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our luxury goods protection and care brand. You will greet customers, provide service, and help with protective film application and basic care for high-value products.

No specific experience is required; training will be provided. English proficiency is essential; Mandarin language skills are a plus. You will help maintain store presentation, assist with daily operations and participate in promotional activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Prepare products, tools and materials required for daily services.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the store.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations.
• Assist in recording customer orders, service information and sales transactions.
• Introduce customers to the company's products and services.
• Support promotional activities and social media marketing initiatives.
• Assist with customer follow-up and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Perform other retail and store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Retail Assistant to join our Orchard Road outlet.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist with protective film application and basic care services for luxury watches and other high-value products.
• Follow company procedures and service standards when handling customers' luxury items.
• Prepare products, tools and materials required for daily services.
• Assist with receiving, checking and organising products and materials.
• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness and overall presentation of the store.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Support the Store Manager with daily retail operations.
• Assist in recording customer orders, service information and sales transactions.
• Introduce customers to the company's products and services.
• Support promotional activities and social media marketing initiatives.
• Assist with customer follow-up and maintaining good customer relationships.
• Perform other retail and store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements
