Job summary

FINX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager for our Orchard Road outlet to oversee daily retail operations, protect luxury goods, and deliver exceptional service.

You will lead the team, drive sales, manage inventory, and promote the brand on social media while maintaining high standards of presentation and customer care.

Requirements include strong English and Mandarin, prior luxury retail or high-end service experience, and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, luxury goods, customer service, beauty, automotive care, electronics or related industries will be an advantage.
• Store management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the retail outlet and ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide professional services including protective film application, maintenance and basic care for luxury watches and other high-value products.
• Ensure proper handling and care of customers' luxury items during service.
• Monitor daily sales and store performance.
• Lead by example and maintain a professional service standard at all times.
