PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead high-profile luxury events across Southeast Asia, delivering extraordinary client experiences from launches to VIP experiences.

You'll manage end-to-end event delivery, budgets, vendors and cross-border coordination with regional stakeholders, ensuring world-class hospitality and brand excellence in every activation. Travel across the region is expected to support events beyond Singapore, with strict attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
• 10+ years of proven experience managing high-end luxury brand events.
• Strong experience handling VIP, UHNW and exclusive client events, private showcases, gala dinners, product launches and luxury activations.

About the Role

Our client is a globally renowned luxury brand seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead and execute high-profile events across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, exclusive VIP events, product launches, exhibitions, brand activations and strategic marketing initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service and brand excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience managing high-end luxury brand events.
• Strong experience handling VIP, UHNW and exclusive client events, private showcases, gala dinners, product launches and luxury activations.
• Background within luxury retail, fine jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality or premium lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing regional projects involving multiple stakeholders across different markets.
• Strong network of premium venues, event agencies, production partners and vendors in Singapore and the region.
• Excellent project management, budgeting and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, highly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel regionally and support events outside of regular office hours when required.
