Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience.
• Proficient in English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialised, high-quality customer service and create personalised experiences for every client.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through genuine connections and CRM initiatives.
• Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor and contribute to team sales performance.
• Achieve individual KPIs, including sales targets, SPT, UPT and conversion rate.
• Assist with daily and weekly sales reporting to head office as required.
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization and inventory flow.
