Luxehouze in Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor (Luxury Fashion) to deliver outstanding boutique experiences and drive sales targets. You will own customer relationships, respond to enquiries, and represent the brand with high standards in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

We look for at least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience, excellent communications, meticulous organization, and CRM fluency. Proficiency in social media presence as a creator or persona is a plus and a growth mindset

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Service Oriented.
• Meticulous, detailed and organized.
• Familiar on CRM usage on day to day operation.
• Fluent in Social media Platform - as creator / as persona in social media platform.

• Provide excellent sales & customer services in boutique to achieve sales targets.
• Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Assist in daily operations and perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
