Prada Group in Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor to uphold the brand’s luxury standards and drive customer satisfaction across the store. You will engage with clients, understand both expressed and latent needs, and guide them through the product range with attentive service.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, maintain CRM records, and participate in team meetings to ensure a cohesive and elevated shopping experience that reflects Prada’s image.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM and loyalty programs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain brand standards in every sales interaction and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive store atmosphere and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers, understand needs, and recommend products accordingly.
• Describe, demonstrate and highlight benefits of products to match customer needs.
• Maintain and update Customer Cards in the CRM and follow up with customers.
