Job summary

Prada in Singapore is seeking a Client Advisor to uphold the brand’s image and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will engage with clients, present the product range, and contribute to achieving store targets in a luxury fashion environment.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain an excellent in-store atmosphere, nurture client relationships, manage CRM data, and participate in all stages of the sales process from welcome to checkout.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering luxury customer service.
• Ability to upsell and achieve sales targets.
• Confident in presenting product ranges to clients.

Responsibilities
