Prada Group is seeking a Client Advisor to uphold the brand image and deliver exceptional customer service in our Singapore store. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, present the full product range, and guide them from fitting room to checkout.

You will maintain up-to-date product knowledge, contribute to achieving sales goals, manage CRM data, participate in store meetings, and work with colleagues to create a welcoming atmosphere that drives loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• Ability to align with brand standards and values.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand standards throughout the sales and after-sales process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive store atmosphere and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, present products, highlight benefits and ensure CRM data accuracy at checkout.
• Manage stock and assist with product display and stock takes.
• Attend department and store staff meetings.
• Contribute to customer loyalty by following up and promoting the brand in-store.
