FERRAGAMO in Singapore seeks a client-focused luxury retail associate to provide outstanding service and build genuine client relationships. You will drive sales, manage CRM leads, and support stock and merchandising on the shop floor.

The role requires English proficiency, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, fashion, luxury, customer service, or hospitality.
• Business-level spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a strong service mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Achieve individual KPIs: UPT and conversion rate.
• Assist in daily and weekly sales reporting to head office.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise merchandising.
• Manage stock rooms and stock transfers to minimize loss.
• Acquire new clients for Ferragamo database and conduct CRM follow-ups.
