Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail/luxury industry, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Result-driven with ability to drive business creatively.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM and retail tools.
• Strong client relationships and client-centric solutions.
• Good communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for sales performance, upselling and cross selling.
• Support Client Advisors and drive sales via storytelling and product knowledge.
• Achieve KPIs including sales targets and NPS.
• Identify customer needs and nurture loyalty using CRM.
• Operate inventory and assist daily store operations (opening/closing).
• Mentor new Client Advisors and maintain stock accuracy.
