Luxury Client Advisor – Personal Concierge Sales

Job summary

Ferragamo Singapore seeks a client-centric Sales Associate to deliver a luxury shopping experience at Takashimaya. You will build emotional connections, manage CRM, and contribute to personal and store sales targets.

You will work with a newly established team from reopening 1 December 2026, with training before. Strong English, at least 1 year in luxury retail, and the ability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends and public holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, fashion, luxury, beauty, customer service, or hospitality.
• Business-level spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Able to work independently, with attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused, with a strong service mindset.
• Able to work retail hours, including morning, afternoon, and full shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working towards individual sales targets and managing sales pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and specialized customer service by creating emotionally enriched relationships with client.
• Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiative.
• Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
• Transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand-crafted experience that makes the client feel confident and energized.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Demonstrate active leadership on selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
