Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail (preferred).
• Passion for Luxury Retail and strong client service understanding.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and provide excellent service to clients.
• Be an ambassador of the Dolce & Gabbana brand.
• Ensure client experiences align with DG expectations; tailor interactions to elevate the journey.
• Drive cross- and up-selling across store categories.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and maintain Client Book data.
• Utilize CRM to connect with clients and follow up on sales or requests.
• Maintain grooming, merchandising, and housekeeping standards in-store.
