Cultivar Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Events Manager to own luxury and retail brand experiences from planning through to production and on-site execution. The role involves hands-on oversight of physical builds, carpentry, installations, layouts, finishes and premium merchandise while ensuring brand standards are met.

Located in Central Singapore, this permanent position offers a dynamic environment for creative, detail‑oriented producers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, retail activations or related field.
• Strong project management skills with end-to-end delivery capability.
• Hands-on carpentry/fabrication/productions experience (booths, installations).
• Experience managing premium merchandise, corporate gifts or swag production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of luxury, retail and experiential brand projects.
• Manage physical production including carpentry, fabrication, booths and installations.
• Coordinate layouts, drawings, materials, finishes and production requirements.
• Oversee premium merchandise and branded products production locally and overseas.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site setup, execution, troubleshooting and dismantling.
• Monitor production quality to meet client and brand guidelines.
• Proactively manage challenges to deliver on time and within budget.
