Job summary

KOS Singapore is seeking a seasoned retail leader to drive boutique sales and deliver premium service in Singapore. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure operational excellence and maximize team productivity.

Role focuses on proactive clienteling, CRM-driven outreach, and developing long-term relationships with local and international clients to support regional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail sales experience, including supervisory or boutique management.
• Proven track record in premium or luxury fashion retail with strong sales performance.
• Strong business acumen and ability to provide market feedback to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales performance, service standards, operations, and team productivity with the Store Manager.
• Generate sales beyond walk-in traffic via clienteling, CRM outreach, private appointments, and referrals.
• Build and expand a local/international client database and develop long-term relationships.
• Lead CRM usage to maintain customer profiles and convert data into sales opportunities.
• Plan client-engagement initiatives, including personalised communications, previews, events.
• Share local customer insights and retail trends with the regional team.
