Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized service in a luxury retail environment in Singapore. You will meet personal and store sales goals while supporting daily store operations and omni-channel selling, including live-stream and social shopping activities.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, product knowledge, and proactive follow-up, contributing to brand loyalty and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience in luxury retail or similar environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to read price sheets.
• Strong English proficiency and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as brand ambassador per style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Use POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily tasks: cash wrap, replenishment, merchandising, and stock checks.
• Ensure store and stockroom stay clean, organized, and compliant with policies.
