KOS Singapore, in partnership with a premium international fashion brand, invites an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead boutique sales and deliver exceptional service. The role focuses on coaching the team, driving CRM-driven sales, and maintaining operational standards within a high-end environment.

You will build a quality client database, engage local and international clients, and collaborate with the Store Manager to elevate the customer experience across the boutique.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or boutique leadership role.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and lead a small team.
• Strong business acumen with market feedback to stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Drive boutique sales, service, operations, and team productivity with the Store Manager.
• Generate sales beyond walk-ins via clienteling, CRM, private appointments, and referrals.
• Build and expand a local and international client base with long-term relationships.
• Lead CRM usage, maintain customer profiles, histories, and follow-ups.
• Coach staff on the floor with product/ styling guidance and feedback.

The Job

• Drive boutique sales performance, exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and team productivity in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Proactively generate sales beyond walk-in traffic through strong clienteling, CRM outreach, private appointments, client reactivation, referrals and personalised follow-ups.
• Build, maintain, and expand a high-quality local and international client database, developing long-term relationships with loyal customers, and prospective clients.
• Lead CRM usage within the boutique, ensuring customer profiles, purchase histories, preferences, and follow-up actions are accurately maintained and converted into sales opportunities.
• Coach colleagues on the sales floor through role modelling, product and styling guidance, observation, and real-time feedback to build confidence, consistency, and individual performance.

The Talent

• Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, including at least 1 years in a supervisory, senior sales, assistant manager or boutique management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the management of a boutique or retail team, with exposure to daily store operations, sales leadership, staff coaching, roster planning, and service standards.
• Strong business acumen and confidence in providing market feedback and commercially relevant recommendations to stakeholders.
