Job summary

Singapore Public Service is seeking a Senior/Executive in Violation Management to support the administration of violation management operations. You will process violation data, monitor case statistics, and handle public feedback and enquiries to ensure timely responses.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills to maintain accurate records and foster effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications with intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls.
• On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems.
