Land Transport Authority in Singapore is hiring for a Senior/Executive role in Violation Management to support the administration of violation data, monitor case statistics and handle public feedback and enquiries.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, utilise MS Office with intermediate Excel, and participate in continuous improvement of processes. On-the-job training will be provided on internal systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong office operations, coordination, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage with members of public face-to-face and via phone.
• On-the-job training will be provided on internal systems.

What you will be working on

You will support the administration of violation management operations by processing violation data, monitoring case statistics, and managing public feedback and enquiries. The role requires analytical, communication, and coordination skills to ensure timely responses, accurate record-keeping, and effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
