Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Manager in Human Resources (Talent Attraction). The role covers sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers to candidates.

What you will be working on

Our Talent Attraction Team plays an important role in attracting the right talent to support LTA's continued growth and our mission to transform the way we travel. In this role, you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers to successful candidates. You will also support LTA's talent attraction and outreach efforts by conducting career talks and participating in recruitment engagement activities of all levels.

What we are looking for
