Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) in Singapore is seeking a Principal Executive, Human Resource to join the HR team. You will support recruitment across multiple roles, help manage onboarding and internship programmes, and liaise with line managers, staff and candidates.

You should hold a Diploma in any discipline, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What the role is

[LTA-HR] PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE, HUMAN RESOURCE

What you will be working on

Our Talent Acquisition Team is dedicated to keep LTA going and growing in recruiting the right talents for our various positions to help transform the way we travel.

In this role, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of recruitment functions including facilitating candidates' shortlisting, arranging interviews and managing the onboarding process. You will also provide timely administrative support and interactions through engaging internal and external stakeholders like line managers, staff and candidates. In addition, you will assist in the administration of the LTA internship programme such as updating of the interns' database, managing the internship mailbox and processing of internship allowance. As part of our efforts to promote careers in Land Transport, you will also be required to participate in career and internship fairs for students of all levels.
