Job summary

LTA Land Transport Authority in Singapore is seeking a Principal Executive, Human Resource to lead broad recruitment activities. You will post roles, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and onboard local and overseas hires, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

You will support process improvements, participate in career and internship fairs, and provide operations support for a growing talent pipeline across the organisation.

What you will be working on

Our Talent Acquisition Team is dedicated to keep LTA going and growing in recruiting the right talents for our various positions to help transform the way we travel. In this role, you will be involved in a broad spectrum of recruitment functions including job postings, screening of applications, interview coordination and onboarding arrangements for both local and overseas hirers to ensure a positive onboarding experience. You will also provide timely operations support for local and overseas recruitment activities for the team. In addition, you will assist the team in reviewing recruitment processes to identifying areas for improvement. As part of our efforts to promote careers in Land Transport, you will also be required to participate in career and internship fairs for students of all levels.
