Job summary

Mastercard Singapore is seeking a Title and Summary Manager, Solutions Engineering (Loyalty Solutions) to lead the technical design and documentation of loyalty programs for issuer and merchant partnerships, ensuring scalable and secure integrations.

You will drive pre-sales activities, coordinate with product and sales teams, and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery while aligning regional strategy with local market needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rewards, marketing, and loyalty platforms.
• Experience with financial institutions or performance-based marketing.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution design.
• Excellent oral and written communication; customer-facing with senior leaders.
• Technical background with APIs, web technology, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demos and client technical discovery.
• Provide technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and meetings.
• Identify integration points and design effective solutions.
• Coordinate approvals across stakeholders and ensure smooth pre-sales to delivery.
• Partner with product teams to feed insights and inform roadmap.
