You will own the end-to-end rewards ecosystem, from provisioning and digital redemption journeys to strategic partner relationships. The role sits at the intersection of fintech innovation, marketing communication, and customer engagement, requiring strong governance, budgeting, and external vendor management to deliver a best-in-class customer journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit card loyalty, rewards management, consumer banking, or fintech rewards platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage program financials, budgets, and commercial terms with external partners.
• Excellent stakeholder management and marketing communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial performance and budgeting of the Rewards program, ensuring provisioning and forecasting for earning/redemption cycles.
• Partner with product, tech, and delivery teams to introduce enhanced features and optimize the digital earning and redemption experience.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, handling contract governance, negotiations, invoicing, and service performance.
• Develop and execute marketing communications that keep cardholders engaged and inform internal stakeholders of campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal risk frameworks, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
