Job summary

Mastercard Worldwide is seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering (Loyalty Solutions) to design and document loyalty solutions for merchant and issuer ecosystems. The role focuses on pre-sales technical evaluation of Issuer Loyalty products, including Pay with Rewards, Merchant Funds, and Card Linked Services.

You will lead technical discovery, document requirements, and ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery, partnering with Product teams to inform strategy and roadmaps across

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rewards, marketing, and/or loyalty platforms.
• Experience working with financial institutions and/or with performance-based marketers.
• Strong skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and creating effective product/service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and document effective and efficient loyalty solutions.
• Lead product demos and client technical discovery.
• Provide technical responses to RFIs/RFPs, consultations, sales calls and meetings.
• Coordinate alignment and approval of proposed technical solutions across stakeholders.
